The Glide Inn Story

The Glide Inn (TGI) is an eco-friendly venture of Himalayan Exotica, a pro-active company engaged in the promotion of eco-friendly tourism and adventure sports in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

Our team of professionals delivers mesmerising paragliding and adventure experiences, driven by meticulous safety standards and guest delight. Spread across 5 acres of flat land surrounded by mountains and dense pine forests in Junga — just 18 km from Shimla — The Glide Inn is where adrenaline meets serenity.

We offer tandem paragliding, tree-top adventures, zip lining, trekking, jungle walks, camping, bonfires, and more. Our luxury cottages, fixed tents, and dome tents provide comfortable stays amidst the crisp mountain air of the Himalayan foothills.

Hail Himalayas, our sister brand, extends this mission of unveiling the bountiful Himalayan bouquet to travellers from across the globe.

Founder & Promoter

The Glide Inn is promoted by Arun Rawat — as they say, a man of the mountains, born and bred in Himachal Pradesh. A passionate nature lover with 24 years of experience in manufacturing, hospitality and adventure.

A first-generation entrepreneur who has headed CII HP Chapter as Chairman, served as President of BBN Industries Association H.P., and is the founder of Hail Himalayas.

He believes eco-sustainability, minimal intervention with nature, and absolutely reliable professional client service are the hallmarks of successful eco-tourism. He is devoted to unveiling the bountiful Himalayan bouquet to tourists from across the globe as a holistic and uplifting experience for the mind, body and soul.
